What if the person you were falling for was a total mystery?
While Lily is spacing out in Chemistry one day, she picks up her pencil and scribbles a line from one of her favorite songs on the desk. The next day, someone else has written back to her on the desk! Soon enough Lily and the mystery student are exchanging notes, and lyrics, and even sharing secrets. When Lily finds out that her anonymous pen pal is a guy, she's flustered -- and kind of feels like she's falling for him. She and her best friend set out to unravel the identity of the letter writer -- but when the truth is revealed, the guy is the LAST person Lily could have ever imagined it to be. Now that Lily knows the truth, can she untangle her feelings and gather the courage to listen to her heart?
From beloved author Kasie West (The Distance Between Us) comes an utterly charming story about mixed messages, missed connections, and the magic of good old-fashioned secret admirer notes.
This looks absolutely wonderful... fabulous even. I adore Kasie West's writing, and the COVER IS THE CUTEST THING EVER. My life depends on July 26. I have read every other book by Kasie, and they evolve to be the best fluffy reads ever. I feel like saying a corny pick-up line here, but I guess that just will not work out here. I love this and I need it. *prays for BEA*
Yess! I will read anything by Kasie West :D
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! I have yet got to read her newest, The Fill-In Boyfriend, but she is an automatic must-buy for me! July 26th cannot come any faster! XD
DeleteI just heard about this book for the first time on another blog ad I am intrigued about it! I want to try it simply because the idea of falling in love with someone you don't physically know, as in have seen, interests me a lot!
ReplyDeleteYES, YES, YES! I find that this plot is usually found in movies, and weak in stories but I'm so glad that one of my favourite authors is making many readers' dreams come true! Woo!
