Stacking the Shelves #32: March 1

Sunday 1 March 2015

This Week's Headlines:

Hey hey hey! I've just finished a book yesterday that we had to read for school, and I'm just saying that I'm obsessed. IT WAS SO GOOD. I'm going to spoil it for you (as in which book it is) but I can tell you that it begins with a "S" and is by Eric Walters. Okay, I've given it away. ;) We're also reading Lord of the Flies by William Golding and am also adoring it, as it has the whole package of symbolism, imagery, personification, and all of the other possible stylistic elements that you can possibly image a book to have. It's JUST THAT CRAZY if you haven't read it already.

Everything's been pretty good, to be honest. I'm counting down to days until my stress-free vacation, and I have 11 more days! *squeals* I'm happy to say that Simon and Schuster have spoiled me to the maximum with some goodies this week, hah!

My Book Haul:

Hit by Delilah Dawson: I've read and reviewed this on Thursday, and all I can say is, "HOLY SMOKES." This is probably the best book of the year!

Me Being Me is Exactly as Insane as You Being You by Todd Hasak-Lowy: THIS BOOK IS HUGE AND GORGEOUS AND PERFECT. And it's written in lists! What else can be said?

*Thank you so much to Simon and Schuster Canada for providing me with these goodies!*

Days of Blood and Starlight by Laini Taylor: I purchased this for such a bargain and this is making me ANXIOUS to read the first book! If I love it, then I can go straight over to this one! :D
