Stacking the Shelves #12: October 12

Sunday 12 October 2014

     Hello, all!

This week's been great! I have a ton of awesome blog posts and reviews to share with you all, and my week has consisted of awesome books to show you that I received and purchased!

Today is actually Thanksgiving over here, so Happy Turkey Day to my wonderful Canadian readers! I have so much to be thankful for, but books and blogging is certainly and most definitely part of that "thanks" coming from me!

      MY HAUL:

Consequences by Jennifer L. Armentrout: For those of you who may know, Lux is one of my favourite series. I read it two months ago when I was on vacation, and since then, I've been dying to get its sequels. After this chunky one, I'll be reading the ending! *cries*

Ashes to Ashes by Jenny Han & Siobhan Vivian: I'M SO EXCITED I HAVE THIS IN MY HANDS. I literally feel as if I need every book that Jenny Han has published whenever they come out, ASAP. Burn for Burn was amazing, and so was Fire with Fire, and I'm sure the ending of this one will kill me, haha.

Althea & Oliver by Cristina Moracho: This reminds me so much of Eleanor & Park—well at least from the summary. And gosh, isn't that cover gorgeous! :'D

The Jewel by Amy Ewing: So I've heard many negative things on this book, but I feel so confident that I'll be left adoring it, so there's no signs of negativity pushing me away. Like The Selection? I heard that this is awfully similar. ;D

I'll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson: I got this one for an awesome price, and there's been so much raving on it all over the place! It's so beautiful, as well!

I went hardcover-crazy this week, haha.

Emergent by Rachel Cohn — I adored Beta, and I've been dying to read this one for ages! Thank you so much to Disney Hyperion for snagging me a copy of this pretty!

So it's the time to give thanks and I

for all of you... and books!

What are your new additions to your shelves?
